Can anybody tell me if a stock ECM from any 6.7 prior to 3/09 (like from an '08) will work on my post 3/09 6.7? I'm getting tired of waiting for H&S to come out with the Blackmaxx for my truck. Thanks!

Yes it will.....You will have to send it to someone to have your VIN matched to it. There was a gentleman on here a few days ago that just got his back from H&S. They fixed him up. Im sure if he sees this he will chime in. Give Casey or Bentley a call at H&S and Im sure they would be more than willing to help.

In another thread besides mine there was a link to a EBAY seller that supposedly had 10 ECM's for a 6.7L...claimed they were used and was selling them at cost of $400. I cannot seem to find the link. But if you look on eBay, try multile phrases and maybe you might just find one.


I found mine at a salvage yard.

Don't see why it wouldn't....the only thing that changed for the 2010's was the cheap looking ugly body style, with the hideous square bed and charger like grill.
