I took out a deer, took the insurance money and fixed it myself with an E-Bay bumper and reused some of the factory plastic and it did not match as well. If you need the plastic, get it from the same place in case you have issues. If your old one is not dented or bent you could have it rechromed.
Even if your factory bumper is dented or rusted it can be rechromed. However, buying new would be much cheaper.
mine is bent up, my friend "forgot he was pulling me" home one day and yanked me pretty good and bent it up, and the plastics are gone, this one comes with all new plastic. I was just wanting to know if it was a lot thinner metal or anything bad
Often the aftermarket chromes parts have a lot thinner chrome on them. They rust a lot faster than an OEM part.

If you can find a good one in a junkyard that is your cheapest option.

tried all the local ones and a big one 2 hours away! noting. im down to ebay as my last chance..im sure rust will stay back for a while
Did you look at Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market for bumpers? It is a nationwide junkyard search engine. You however will find shipping on a bumper costs more than the bumper itself.
