I just finsihed this very project. It is very straight forward procedure. You will need the following parts:

Trans(NV5600) is what i used
Motor plate (some say its not neccessary but i got it with trans so changed it
Fly wheel
clutch pack
clutch pedal
clutch hydros
Rubber boot to seal the hole u cut in floor(this was the hardest to find for me "junk yard")
the floor console(cup holders)
The leather shift boot
map pocket that replaces the auto cup holder
drive shafts lengths changed or shafts from a manual truck
trans mount plate from dodge(this is not the rubber V u get from parts house)
input shaft on transfer case changed to standard(29 spline count)
Smarty with recovery file for manual transmission from MADS

And be able to do alittle wiring for it to start and get reverse lights

To make it start cut the yellow with blue tracer and either ground it or tun to the start safety switch on clutch pedal. The reverse light you use the 2 white wires on has a grey tracer and i think the other is green. These wires are found in the 6 pin flat plug o driver side of auto.

There maybe somethings im not remembering at the moment but i think thats it. If you have any more questions fee free to ask.
