Hey guys we are trying to get a dyno day together here in Oklahoma City. The day we are shooting for is 03 May 08, Alternative motorsports. My buddy is still trying to firm up the date with the shop. We thought that if we could give them an idea of how many vehicles will be there they would close the deal sooner.

Oklahoma City Dyno Day in May

Hello all,

I've talked to the owner of Alternative Motorsports here in Oklahoma City
and he has tentatively set a date of May 3rd. 2008 for a Dyno day. I already have 5 confirmed with 3 others as a maybes.

This will be the my first attempt at trying to throw one of these together so it will most likely end up as a informal get together and not a professional Dyno competition.

However if you have ideas that might help then please let me know.

i also invite anyone that would like to come watch or throw their truck on the dyno to come enjoy the event.

all proceeds will be paid to Alternative Motorsports.
Pricing should be around $45 for 3 pulls.

Crap...i just got back from the city and cant go back for 2 more weeks. Ill be moving closer to the city in a few months though, so will this become a regular thing? I havent lived in oklahoma for 6 years, so im gonna be a newbie over there. Sure would be good to get out for some meet and greets so i dont have to go to the strip clubs alone...lol

OKC Dyno Day is...

...a go. May 3rd, they want to have us there at 1100 and hopefully have the first vehicle on the dyno by 1130. He said he would stay until 5 or 6ish, for us to have fun. Hope to see a good turn out.

Thanks for posting the results man wish I couldve made it. Turnout will pick up next time, just make sure and blast it all over the boards and advertise that the Possum Pecker Band will be there and your sure to get a crowd.
