I have everything to do the conversion. Truck is a 2006 3500. My question is.. do I have to change anything in the front differential? Would be going from 4.10 DRW to 3.73 SRW.

The front and rear differentials must be the same ratio. So yes.
If not:
The moment you try using four-wheel drive it will smash any or all of the following
front or rear diff or both
front or rear axles or both
front driveshaft or rear driveshaft or both
transfer case or gearbox or both

diffs MUST be identical UNLESS you change wheel and tire sizes so that the front wheels, and the rear wheels turn at exactly the same speed

change BOTH diffs at the same time, and make sure the wheel and tire sizes are identical

...or use it as an excuse to get locking hubs, just never lock them until you match the ratios.

I have a 4.10 single rear on a 05 2500 with 135k brand new rear brakes if you are looking to swap.
