First of all, I need a driver side window...and the little metal piece that attaches to the bottom so the power window regulator will roll back and forth.
Now, I will tell you the story.
I was visiting my Uncle today with my two boys and when we got ready to leave, I strapped the little one in his car seat anw d put my other in the truck. When I shut my driver's side door, the window blew out. The safety glass did not chunk up as it is designed and a large piece fell down onto the top of my hand cutting it pretty bad. Thank God it happened while I had some help with my boys.
I used to work out quite a bit, so I have pretty large blood veins. The shard of glass fell perfectly on the large vein running between my first and second finger right in the top of my hand. I bled like a stuck pig. Heart beat = blood shot to dash..... I saturated the left pants leg on a great pair of Carhartt pants and the floorboard of my truck, scared the he11 out of my six year old, and my 14 month old sat their calm as can be. (Great Kids)
I found out the track on the bottom of my window had rusted off and caused the regulator to slap against it when I shut my door = epic fail.
