I am getting ready to put a II 62mm phatshaft and a 2nd gen manifold on my truck and I have not done studs yet but the turbo is gated around 40 psi. I was just wanting to know what would be a safe level that I could go to on my smarty with out having crazy high drive presssure or will I have to worry at all about it. I have the tntr tune right now on 3 with timing 3 tq 4 rail 2 and with the stocker it runs good but it does not get to hot. I no that the turbo and manifold will help with temps but the drive pressures is whats got me worried. I am going to do studs as soon as I get more funds. Everything I have on my truck is in my sig. Thanks

A wastegate is to limit boost pressure not drive pressure. You're fine at 40 psi with stock bolts. A ton of guys run much higher without issue.

No, DP will not be too high. Again, it's not a parameter you need be concerned with using that charger. Look for excessive EGT's and adequate fueling running TNTR instead.
