Just checked out the “newbies guide to the new to you truck” thread. All I can say is WOW!! Everything one needs to know. That is a fanf*%•ingtastic thread. Lol.

I also posted up injector tip pics after running the mix, the last set of injectors spent most of their life on the PSD & barely made it 160k. The mix helped them to get that far. The current set has 115k on them and performs like new. I also found that using a stiction eliminator from hot shots secret also slowed oil consumption down significantly which made me think I might of had a stuck ring or two. Went from 4+ qts in 7k miles to approx 1 in 10k miles. My truck is my only ride, I put ~35k on it a year, no towing so its optimized for the way I need it to run... aka reliable with good mpg (21~22 year round). the goal for the motor was 500k without having to crack it open. Before the HSS stiction eliminator, I had doubts that I was going to make that goal. Now I expect to exceed it with it running so well day after day.

Ok, so just got done towing a Honda Civic coupe on an aluminum tilt deck trailer. All light weight, compared to the 4 yards of wet topsoil I had In The 12’ dump trailer last week. Coming up the mountain on the highway with no problem. When I was coming down it, with the exhaust brake on the wts light came on a dinged, I think 10 times. Also had a code now too. P0299 low boost pressure. Cleared with smarty after arriving at destination. Light doesn’t come on while driving with trailer empty.

Also, I had smarty jr set to sw2 (tow mode)
