Plenty of threads on this exact scenario. If you searched around or even googled it you would have several trouble shooting procedures already in hand and working towards a resolution.

Check for power, if no power present trouble shoot that. If present pump is at fault.

Looks like you need to shed the air in the injectors & lines.

To prime the system,
Charge the batteries, you're gonna be calling on them.

Be sure the fuel filter canister is full of fuel.

Disconnect the battery charger...very important.

Turn the keyswitch just enough to "bump" the starter to get The Free 25 Second Lift Pump Run.

Your lift pump pressure gauge should show 10 psi or greater.

Loosen the fittings on #1, #3 & #4 injectors with a 3/4" open end wrench.

Crank the engine for 10 seconds then check and tighten any wet, dripping fuel injector fittings.

Repeat the 10 second cranks & tighten the wet injector fittings until the engine kicks, trying to start then
tighten the remaining loose fittings and start the engine.

Open the fuel filter drain again. Bump the starter and see if you hear the fuel pump pumping and if fuel crashes out of the drain tube. If it does then quickly close the drain and listen to hear if the fuel pump sounds like its now pumping under pressure. Yes, it will make a huge mess too but you have to know.

If you have fuel pumping then you'll have to crack open a few injector line nuts at the head and see if fuel tries to spray/squirt out or if it merely dribbles.....or you get nothing. If you have fuel at the injector lines then just continue to bleed them one by one and it should start. If there's weak or no fuel then the VP isnt working.
