Truck has 84k on it and in the last 400 miles its has asked 4 times for a exhaust regeneration, this has never happend before been driving it the same way since i bought it with 15miles on it. Could this be due to bad fuel?

Just how are you reading that it's going into regen? Is it from the overhead warning that your DPF is full or do you have a guage that measures EGT's and you're seeing them spike?
If you would, fill out your signature with year of truck and what mods you have. I would guess your stock and not running a programmer if your still going into regens.
BTW, before deletes, my truck's EGT's would elevate showing a regen was in progress every 150 miles or so. I live at an even higher altitude than you (nearly 9,000 feet) and I think altitude plays a part in these trucks having to go into regen more often.
Finally, if you are stock, your DPF / EGR & or EGR cooler may be close to needing cleaned or replaced.
