What are you running for tuners? If you just took it off, then you will get messages like that, let us know what you are running as far as tuners/sims go.

i have a 4in. exhaust with a muffler only....edge w/attitude, intercooler, intake, egr delete
i duno what the hell now it says 90% full whats the deal?

Have you checked your sims, may have had one come loose or get some water in the plug. Hopefully someone who has had the same problem will comment on this.
