If I get voted in for the Challenge, I'd be installing a 6.7 Long block with billet rods and main studs, ARP 625s, Dual pumps, Fuel system, Exergy 200% injectors, ED 66mm over 84 twin setup and let it eat, should do 1100+HP on the dyno then be able to dial it back into the 800HP range for the obstacle and trailer competition, and still be able to tune in for great fuel mileage and turn the wick up for the sled pull again.
this is quoted from Lavon I believe he is running a 6.7 not a 5.9

I have my own 6.7 engine. Matt Kauffman is running Banean's 5.9 Engine from last year only because Matt's built engine cracked a block and the new block did not get back from the machine shop in time.

Voted Kaufman because its the smallest tired truck. The guys with 38's might as well shoot themselves in the foot.

Ya I thought Danick was claiming 1200+ the same with 2 of the Ford guys? Also didn't shill claim 1600 hp? Correction factors must be a real bugger lol. Good to see dodge on top already. Why didn't the one chevy run?

If you apply the same correction to all the trucks many are very close to there suggested hp. Heres proof that correcting for air quality is needed for dyno comparisons. We all know 200% over injectors and as clean as lavons run was will yield more than 950 hp.

Just wanted to say thanks for doing this thread, this is fun to watch. I can't believe some of these trucks, I wish I could see these in person.

Word on fb is the cam gear spun..

Sent from AutoGuide.com App
Shilo's cam gear? Kinda strange how it's done 1700hp previously and now all a sudden it putting down 40% less hp. We'll see how it does at the 1/4 mile. It's gonna suck at trailer tow and sled pull.
