I have a factory Infinity double DIN with issues. Volume dial works only if you hold your tongue out to the left & close your right eye while patting yourself on the head. Out it goes & installing 6 Isspro EV2 gauges in the hole. I have EGT, Trans Temp, Boost, FRP, 0-30psi fuel pressure + Oil pressure gauge.

I have made a plate from 1/8" aluminum that I will mount them with. It will also eliminate the useless cubby hole below the deck. I want to install a single DIN deck where the power heated seat buttons & power rear sliding window switch is with the same 1/8" plate. Relocate the heated seat buttons outwards of the deck & the power sliding window switch into the other useless cubby hole to the right of the climate controller.

I have not purchased the deck yet, but don't need anything special. Don't need a CD player & listen to AM talk radio most often. A USB port will suite me fine to charge the phone & Bluetooth to play music off my phone. I do have a Sony 4 channel 40W X 4 amp I plan on using. I might use the original Infinity speakers as they are still OK. I probably will wire the deck & amp in old school VS cutting up the plug going into the back of the deck.
I do need to know what size door speakers fit the front & rear doors of my 2006 megacab. Any recommendations for a decent cheaper line of speakers that will be a direct bolt in?

6x9 front, 5" Round rear. Crutchfield.com always does me good. most say direct bolt in but most need a little attention. most of the work is getting the door card off.

I run 6.5’s all the way around in my truck. They fit the front with adapters and rear needs minor trimming
