So I just bought an 06 and it seems as if perhaps the door seals should be replaced. We had a wind advisory all day yesterday and while driving depending on the direction obviously, the wind would be so loud coming through either front door. The QC doors seem to be fine. Is this a common occurrence? Its not like that on my 01, and don't recall it being that way on my 07 halfton... but I didn't drive that very often.

I would assume, mine called me and told me, but that was in 07 or 08

My doors whistle too sometimes. Only in heavy winds on the hi-way. And me seals are ripped. I've never heard of that recall, I'll have to look into that, thanks

My 2005 did the exact same thing until I buy all new seals I adjusted the locking latches in a bit on both front doors just yank out ur torx bit and loosen up the latch on the pillar move it in slightly won't take much too much and you have to close your door harder to latch it but just a little should take care of your noise issue till you do new seals hope this helps
