Not recommended for anything more than just a stock replacement. It's by no means a "performance turbo" of any kind. The lack of a wastegate is a BAD idea!!!

I installed the hx40 (made for 99, a friend is a welder he was needed for the Wastegate.) in my 96 12v. Has good power and a long power band. I picked it up for $380. including shipping. If your looking for true performance this isn't it. It is however an upgrade from stock.
