Dodge in-tank fuel pump retrofit install instructions

A drawstraw replaces the original pump. You could leave it if you install a sump pickup on the bottom of your tank. While I have no valid argument, I just don’t like the idea of having a fitting and fuel line from the bottom of the tank.
It’s actually illegal with gas tanks, but legal for diesels.

I don’t understand the problem... you just take it out. Access is by either unbolting and lifting the bed or dropping the tank.
Dropping the tank is so easy I don’t know why people hesitate, it’s just a piece of plastic.

I’ll vouch for the DrawStraw V, I put one in and can run my tank way down without starving it.
