Old man has run one on his truck for a year, and god father has one on his dodge for over 3 years and 40k miles and neither of them have had this problem?

There is zero moisture in Vegas so maybe that has some thing to do with it.

Also question for those who own a banks intake. The radiator bypass hose that goes into the return bottle get a little tweaked. Any one figure out a way to fix this?
