i got 3inc leveling kit (coil spacers) on my truck should i be changing out stock shocks? they work but should i change?

I think it will be fine, you could always jack up the front and put the frame on jack stands and let the axle down to see the travel you have left in the shock. But you I think it will be ok.
Do you plan on adding a big front bumper (Ranch hand)? If so the front will sag about 1 1/2 to 2" with the weight of the aftermarket bumpers. The stock shock will be fine. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks buck! yea ill try that! no big bumper for me i was just wondering because my truck rode alot better with out the spacers. but hey looks great dont care about the ride haha i would love some chrome shocks anyone one make them chrome already?

With those 3" spacers, u are probably pretty close to maxing those stock shocks out on the down travel, that is probably what u are experriencing with the harsher than stock ride.

You need new shocks. The factory shocks suck anyway.....
