Well, I was driving and noticed fuel pressure drop from 14 to 10 psi when accelerating normally from a stop. Had a dead pedal at 55mph. Let off pedal and pressed again & then boost shot up. Reset APPS, no change. New batteries and clean grounds. New working alternator. Checked fuel filers on Airdog & saw brown dirt/mud in both! Dropped tank & realized a small rubber plug had dried & fell off from top of tank. Took line loose at vp44 saw same crap there. My dumb question is, can you flush the Airdog clean? I'm assuming you can't do that with vp. I had codes but I can't remember what they were. I know they were not the ones saying bad vp.

New rubber cap.
New filter.
Can you disassemble of check any screen in the Fass?
Recheck codes with a scan tool. Absolute necessity if you know you have codes.
But codes not likely related to dropping fuel pressure unless voltage is low to Fass.
So make sure you have clear flow and recheck pressure. Some drop is normal during acceleration, but if it is more than normal and all is clean, maybe Fass is getting weak.
