Installed new vacuum pump, but accidentally hooked up the one power steering line to one of the vacuum pumps and fired it up.
When i fired it up i noticed power steering fluid coming out of the bottom of both of the vacuum pump pods. Now I hooked up the proper line, but each vacuum pump is wheezing when I pump the brakes, did I just wreck both my vacuum pumps?

My heater still works, I just cant bleed my brakes, they go soft when i press the pedal, and the pumps have a wheezing noise coming out of them when i press the pedal down.

I don't really know how you could have connected a power steering line to the vacuum pump but you'll need to get all the oil out of the pump and the brake booster.

Also you might want to check your engine oil you probably have power steering fluid in the oil also.

Your heater won't be having any problems because of this.
