So at about 2 AM last night I was merging onto the highway at about 1/2 throttle and 10-12 PSI of boost and all the sudden....BANG! Coasted to the side of the road and now the truck will go absolutely nowhere. Not forward or reverse. Tried to put it in 4x4 and see if it would move, but to no avail. My first thought was the input shaft. What are your thoughts guys? This is my only vehicle right now and my DD so I really need to get this back on the road ASAP. Hopefully will be dropping the tranny this weekend. Thanks in advance guys!

does the truck roll in park? => broken output shaft.

Park still work? => input shaft or possibly intermediate.

Can you restart it or does it not even restart? When I broke my billet input it let loose exactly as you say, roll into throttle twins spooled and asplody! coast to a halt.

be warned, if the input broke off, you'll likely need your torque converter cut open to inspect for damage or metal pieces.

Well it will not roll in park so I'm betting on input or intermediate then.
