Well I got a fuel/tool box combo from member cbrahs aka high desert ravelco...and got it installed with some secret plumbing.... Here's a question for some of you fellas... I plan on tappping into the stock system so the delta tank will gravity feed into the stock tank.. How would some on you guys do it and do I have to worry about tank overflowing?? I know it won't come out of the cap because of the valve in that but anywhere else???

TIA

I have a 50 gal/aux tank in the bed. I have it plumbed into the old vent line as I installed the vent mod and had the extra vent. I have a shut off valve in the bed and a 2mic racor filter under the bed. Its been in for over a yr. with no leak probs whatso ever. HTH

No pics but it is really pretty straight forward just as I have laid it out.

I had a 15 gal tank in the bed of my Duramax with just some cheepo T fitting that I placed in the overflow line. I bought from the fittings at a hardware store. It never overflowed. I had a shut off valve just to fill the stock tank. then I would open it and fill the 15 gal tank.

In for quite some time with no problems at all.

I just haven't moved it to my new truck yet. :)

Luvn....if you do the vent mod you'll have the "empty" vent line after you install the new one. That is what I used as the new fill line from the aux tank. I hope this all makes sense as it is quite easy once you get ur tank out. HTH
