I believe I have an industrial style pump on my 94 dodge cummins. I recently purchase aftermarket delivery valves and they will not fit inside the delivery valve holder that is on the pump now. So my problem is trying to locate OEM delivery valve holders and will they even work with this style pump on the truck.

The holder is the piece that screws on. They don’t go in there. They go in the barrel of the pump.

The aftermarket delivery valves fit fine in the barrel of the pump. What the issue is, when I go to screw on the holder the delivery valve stops the holder from screwing down all the way. The delivery valve that is in the pump is completely different than an OEM or anything I have seen before.

Post some pictures. There are members on here who know about industrial ppumps. If you can, get a picture, or jot down, the number on the ID tag of the pump. That should help get the correct DVs from some where. Bosch I would assume. If there really is a difference, I doubt there’s a large aftermarket for industrial ppumps.

I had my 13mm pump built using a pump that had the CP valves. There’s no problem switching over, aftermarket holders fit fine. You’ll need the springs and shims for DVs too.

Keep in mind that the pump you have my only be an 11mm pump. Before spending money on it, you may want to check.
