Someone please give me a list of everything needed to fully delete. I am looking at sinsters kit for a 2011 ram 6.7 Cummins. Wont I need a tuner and exhaust pipe. I am planning to use just my stock muffler. Not really looking for more horsepower. Just wont to get rid of that ×@@₩¥£ cel .thank you.

You'll need a tuner for sure. Either RaceME, smartyjr, H&S XRT or H&S MiniMaxx. Your choice of those will depend on what features you want and how much you want to spend. Since you don't really want more horsepower the RaceME will work great for you. It runs about $600.
Next you need an exhaust. Either a DPF delete pipe or a full turbo back. I'd recommend a full turbo back so you get rid of the cat in the down pipe as well. But again, that comes down to what you want to spend. Check out some companies like DiamondEye, Flo-Pro or aFe.
As far as EGR/cooler deletes go you don't actually need a kit if you don't want to spend the money. The tuner will disable the EGR and throttle valve. But you can get one if you want to clean up the engine compartment. The Sinister kit is the best one available IMO
