Sounds like the batteries are on the way out. From what I've read Dodge spared every dollar they could and bought junk batteries. I just had my Mini Cooper in for the same issue.... Cheap batteries from the factory. So I have left the truck sit for 4-5 days with out using it and went out this morning to go to the bank and could not start it. I got I the truck cycled the grid heater twice and got nothing it just clicked. The clock was also reset to 12:00. So I jumped the truck with the battery charger and it fired right up but kept surging at idle for a few minutes and the voltage would drop to 10-11 volts then seemed to even out at 14v. I got a check engine light that came on so I let it warm up for about 10 mins and drove about 2 miles to mcdonalds ordered got my food and parked. Now me being an idiot completly forgot and shut off the truck and cleared the dtc with my mini maxx the. Went to start it back up and guess what I got nothing. So I had to get a jump and she started right up like a champ. I drove it'd or about a half hour. I am at home now I had to leave in a little while so I am just wondering if it will start. I know it has been getting cold out lately but with a truck this new I didn't think I would have any problems. The batteries are only about 2.5 years old. Anyone want to take a stab at this? I don't think I left any lights on the last time I used the truck but who knows?
