Alright guys, need some first hand knowledge. I'm wanting to put some new injectors and a new turbo (II PS62/14) on. It's a daily driver truck, and I want it to be very streetable. My goal is a D/D with 600hp. I don't want to buy DDP3's now and later have to buy 4's to make that happen. But, I want it streetable. So, my question is: Would the DDP4's be too much injector for a D/D truck, and I should go with the DDP3's?

I put in ddp3s about 4 months ago and they work very well on the street . I cant speak on ddp4s though.

I have ddp 4 in my set up i love them there is tons of fuel. I would think you might need a bigger turbo then the 62, but either way the 3s 0r 4s you will be happy.

A ps62 is to small for the DDP4s, anything under a 66 is really. DDP3's have more than enough potential for 600hp

The Stage 3's would definitely be more suited for what you have. Let me know if I can answer any questions. :thumbsup

Well, I was going to go with the 62 now, and then upgrade to a twin set-up using the 62. But, if the 4's are too much for the 62 in the meantime I guess i'll go with the 3's.
What about spray angles? I heard a 145* angle is better for the 12v than a 155*

12 valve pistons in the truck engines are designed for the 145* spray angle. Marine engines/injectors use the 155* angle and spray outside of the bowl.

What urbine wheel on the 62?

i have a set of ddp 3's in my truck and i drive it every day and it is just fine to drive. i am actually wanting to sell them and go with a custom set...... if you are interested let me know. but these are great injectors. i put down 421 hp and 893 torque after towing my 24 ft enclosed trailor with my racecar in it and i was not unhooked from the trailer but 5 min and put it on the rollers. i will save you some money if you go with the stage three's

the 65mm wheel. That's what one of the guys from II recommended. I think he said the 71mm in the SPS would be too laggy for me as a D/D.
