So where can I get the best deal on a dash for my 02? Mine is the tan interior. I have looked around and the prices are all over the place. Thanks in advance.

I'd say you haven't looked to hard since there are tons of threads regarding these dashes for replacement and where to get them. Aside from that LMC Truck was my first thought, then I heard of Geno's Garage. I believe those prices are about the same. I assume you can go cheaper but remember you get what you pay for.

I bought a hard dash cover from "coverlay" there like 150 bucks and they'll match the color of your old dash. The color doesnt match up perfect but its better than driving around with a big hole in it....I ended up painting mine myself to make it match better. coverlaymfg.com

LMC truck is the best place for cost and fit.

LMC is the way to go. I did mine a few months ago. The fit was spot on for both the bezel and the dash.

If you decide to do this, plan on doing the heater core and A/C evaporator while you are in there. I actually had to do the heater core, so I did it ALL.

Here is the link.

...and for gods sake learn to use the freakin search button...its been covered a thousand times.
Looks like it's been covered 1001 times now.

As for the search button....

Feel free to ask, I have no problem answering a question or at least sharing my experience with a product. I am by far NOT the most knowledgeable guy on this forum, but like I said, I'll share my thoughts for sure.

personally i dislike dash covers. what i did was pull the dash out of a 1500 ram and place it into my 2500. you can buy a full dash assembly from most scrap yards for less than 200 bucks or just the plastic pieces for around 120.

To all you that have replied with your knowledge, thanks. To all the search feature guys, you can get off this page, and take your superior attitude to another post. It helps no one, but it does make you look like a keyboard warrior. Again, thanks for the helpful advice on the dash issue.

Actually, it's the whole dash top. The old dash top is removed, this bolts/screw in. It's basically an OEM replacement.

LMC does offer covers, but I'm with you...better to replace the entire top.

You asked for peoples opinions, using the search button is mine. Its a public forum, if you dont want peoples opinion then youre in foul shape. Using the search button will usually get you way way more information on a topic then you even thought there could be. Its an awsome tool provided to you by cumminsfourm. usually if you cant find the answer there youre an inavator with completly new idaes. Is it so bad to use the tools in front of you?

Dude, just buy the LMC dash and be done. There are tons of posts on this. LMC was out so I bought the Autobody dash it is acceptable. Like I said, go with LMC. We will forgive you if your google is broke - but not if you're just lazy.

Regarding Genos, they give great service. This particular item is sub-par. Not Genos fault.
