So, I'm looking at installing a new yoke for my Dana 60. I have found the BOM# to be 611185-1. Does this look correct? Will I need the crush sleeve?

Pinion Nut: Spicer 30271 Pinion NUT for Dana 60 Front or Rear End Differential
1330 Yoke: DANA SPICER 2-4-4291-1X - Pinion Yoke 1330 series for DANA 60 with 29 spline pinion gear
Seal: DANA SPICER 42449 Pinion Seal for Dana 60, 61 and 70 Front or Rear End Differential
Pinion Washer: Spicer 30275 Pinion WASHER for Dana 60 Front or Rear End Differential

you have a crush sleeve...... i would replace it personally.... spicer p/n 45658 collapsable spacer.

you "can" reuse the crush sleeve by setting the rotational torque with an inch lbs torque wrench.... but that iirc requires the ring gear out for.

Thank you for the help. So then... I'll buy a crush sleeve. So I'll add that onto my original post. Do you know if there's a write up on torching it down correctly?

I wanted ONE thread so if someone searched the words in the title, they could find this post and all relevant information on the INSTALLATION; the other thread was figuring out if it's broken or not. I can't believe it's not anywhere already and I have to dig to find it. In that manual I DO NOT SEE where the installation is for the front pinion yoke, the steps. Why don't you understand that I do not see it?
