Well it is a scam. How hard is to copy the words in my e-bay ad that "states clear title in hand". He copied everything word for word.

you wont have any luck with that either, trust me i fell for one of these a few years ago, on a four wheeler and the fbi was even involved there outta country most the time and can not be traced, fake email, fake name, fake everything, a lot of them make up there own website also to make it look legit.
