Trying to get feed back on performance/mileage gains by switching to a K&N air filter. I have a 07.5 6.7l 2500

Do a search for K&N filters or oiled filters and read some of the many great threads we've had. You might find yourself reconsidering the K&N after learning a few things.

Thanks for the reply and have read many threads but they seem to be about filters in after market intakes. I have used K&N replacement filters in a lot of vehicles with varying degrees of mileage improvement but have not heard anything about that for diesels. I seldom drive off paved roads and watch the amount of oiling when cleaning filters

the oil is more problem to your sensors then a glogging dirt problem but both are problems save for a couple weeks get the afe cai with the dry filter
