Ok I have couple of questions about my Smarty JR. I have an 06 Ram 5.9 that I'm trying to put back to stock momentarily.. sorry still kind of a noob with it

Second I had a dead battery this morning that I had to jump start and now my engine light came on. Can I remove it with the Programmer? Thanks!

Is there a guide I can look up that walks me through it.. when I got it it didn't come with a operators manual or anything

Clear the codes with the smarty. With an 06 you should look into efi live.
