Hoa absolutely hates me around here for always ripping motors out and stuff. So I pulled my engine out in a hurry and took absolutely terrible notes.

Got engine out, and I'm putting it "back together" so I can accurately take notes on where stuff goes.

2006 5.9 megacab, 2wd.

1)On driver side, what goes behind the fuel filter, in front of the cooler?

I know the ecm/computer is to the very front of the engine, but there's about 2 bolts that are just behind the filter. (First pic)

2) Also, below that, there is a bolt with a stud (to hold maybe a wire loom?). Does that bolt hold anything, or is it just there for the stud to hold the wire loom or whatever it is? (2nd pic)

3) I think I lost the #1 fuel line bracket/holder. I'm supposed to have one here right? Where can I get a replacement? 3rd pic

4) for the breather tubes, the small one comes out of block and into valve cover. Got it. What about the big plastic tube? Starts at valve cover ...does it run down the back of the block, behind fuel filter and just hang out there as a vent? Ie, not connected to anything?

Thanks, I know I should have kept better notes, but time was scarce.

Anybody got any pictures they could send me of whatever they pulled/took apart their engine so I can compare? Would appreciate it.

Found the last picture. That's the grid plate ground I'm pretty sure.

Something so simple, figured you guys would have known that.

I'll try again, but I'm probably on my own.

What is this for on the pass side of engine, behind oil filter?

Plug on passenger side is for a block heater. If you had it it would not be capped and would have a extension cord with a 110v 3 prong plug that goes to the front bumper.

The other stuff I would have to look at my truck tonight. I believe the second picture is for mounting the fuel line you see in your picture.

Block heater, got it. I live in Florida, definitely don't need it.

Hell, it's end of Sept and we had a heat warning here. Heat index was 114
