Been fighting a clunk/pop/thud in the steering wheel and brake pedal . Mostly when the front suspension dives or lifts up from braking and accelerating. Was changing calipers today and looked at the swaybar and noticed the bushings had gaps around the bar. Heres some pics of the drivers side, the passenger is just as bad. Let me know what you think...

yes those would cause clunks in the front end.

It can bounce around alot. When one wheel goes up and the other is still level that bar is trying to keep the other wheel level so it is twisting. That twisting action is causing one side up and the other down resaulting in a clunk
