I'd have to agree with SmokinRamMike on this one. Valve cover breathers are the cheap reliable way to go. I was going to put a vent on the valve cover of the '99 and have a hose going to a nice sized catch can, then vent it back into the intake but there's no need since there's zero blow by on the truck.
