Soooo poked around for a day gathering info on auto to manual swap for this 95 12v 4x4 reg cab long bed. Can someone please confirm a theory of mine.

Can ANY 94-98 ram reg cab long bed with a manual trans be a donor for EVERYTHING BUT THE CORE TRANSMISSION. Meaning pedals, master/slave, shifters, links, tcase, driveshafts, crossmember/mount, etc? Than use the 47rh bell housing with a NV4500HD core purchased separately?

The only spot I feel I maybe wrong is the Tcase. If the donor has a np241dhd I'm good to use that and the drive shafts. If it's a np241dld could I swap the input shaft into my current np242dhd and than just worry about driveshafts?

(Ideally looking for a 4500/241 from a 12v)

Not entirely, there are a couple items that dont cross between 94-97 and 98-02

Clutch hydraulics are different. (round vs square master mount)
94-97 t-cases have a spedo sensor, 98-02 do not and get signal from rear axle ABS sensor.
T-case input shafts can be swapped and relatively easy, just dont forget to install the metal plug inside the shaft (if its a brand new shaft) or all your t-case oil will slowly end up in your transmission. Ask me how i know...
Interior rubber boot is also different but older will work in newer. Im not sure if the 98-02 boot/cup holder will mate correctly against the dash of a 94-97

I have a '95 241HD and researching it, there's two other versions found in 2ndgens (changed every couple years)... plus the 241LD. Definitely check what is interchangeable. My HD is a little longer than the LD, but uses the same rear output.

A manual trans truck has a Dana 80, so putting all the stuff in a Dana 70 truck will leave your rear shaft ~1-2" short.

The 47RH and NV4500 flywheel housing are the same.... not the actual bellhousing.
