I believe Stainless diesel makes a metal water relocation kit. Rubber will still be needed from cab to relocate tube, it would be a short run from there though.

DIY I would check a local hydraulic shop to see if they can make you something up, or get your self a pipe bender and flaring tool and make your own.
I used house hold cooper hard line to run my coolant bypass, but I’m not sure I would feel confident in recommend it. so far it’s holding up.

I did mine with some 304 stainless tubing and a conduit bender

I just got a length of coolant hose and ran it along the top of the fender. I'm not a big fan of hoses right next to the manifold.
