My vehicles are plated in South Dakota since I have some rental property there. I moved here to Colorado and have never had to deal with emissions before.

I was just curious if there's even a point in getting it tested and potentially plating it here in Colorado? Just to make life a bit more convenient! If it's best to keep it in South Dakota that's fine too, the truck spends the summers there at my shop

2008 Dodge 3500 6.7 DPF Delete with H&S Chip. I got it done shortly after I bought the truck, it was running like and the turbo filled up with soot. Haven't had 1 problem since (90K since done)

Thanks,
Hopefully it's not too stupid of a question! New to the forums and clueless. Ha

We really can't answer your question without knowing what the Denver testing requirements are.
If it's a snap test then you could probably pass.
If visual and\or obd you won't.

Here in Jefferson county they do a visual and exhaust opacity. So unless you want to reinstall all that crap. I would continue to license in South Dakota.
