Everybody likes Southbend DD. Valiar is also a good choice, and is a little bit cheaper. All depends on what you want to do with the truck and your price range.

I went with a valair DD....just waiting for it to get here so I can put it in!

I'm going to go with a Valair single-disc kit, as I don't tow things very heavy things and a single-disc clutch has less pieces to break.

SB OFE would do you well, not noisy or grabby like the DD clutches and that's important towing that boat.
