Last week I started to have clutch probmems. It is very hard to shift. Today I pulled the slave to see what I could see, there is no slop in the shift fork, so I had my wife push in the cultch while I held the slave in my hands. I thought it would blow out of my hands , but didn't. I could ceep it compressed all but about 3/4". The clutch is a Southbend 3600 DD with hydos.

have you tried to adjust the pedal. there should be more than 3/4 of an inch travel in the cylinder.

Yes. I called Southbend and have hydros on the way.
