Well... good idea, bad idea what do yall think? Ive heard about some clutch masters not being able to push enough fluid for a stout clutch so i figured this might be a good solution.

Hi,

Well, I don't know, but I know what I'd do if I were you. I think first you need to know the slave cylinder and master specs: diameter of cylinder and length of throw for both cylinders.

Armed with that info, and a description of what you want out of the new master (e.g., shorter peddle travel, more travel of the slave, less peddle pressure required, ...) I would call these guys:

Wilwood High-Performance Disc Brakes - Master Cylinders

They, I am sure, deal with those basic hydrolic calculations all the time. Once you know the bore/stroke you want for the MC, it becomes just shopping.

Cool I figured someone out there would know better than me. I had wondered about bore & stroke but wasn't too sure where to go from there.
