I am doing my Valair kevlar next weekend in Tacoma WA which is 250 miles away because my friend has the equipment and place to work on it. Hope it goes well!!!

they are a simple clutch to replace on the nv5600 if you dont pull the transfer case be carefull at its size that tranny is heavy enough to crush some one

So.... Are you saying it's easy if you don't pull the transfer case? Or, if you don't pull the transfer case it very heavy? ( which it is even if you pull it!) I was planing to pull it to reduce both weight and size.

That's my plan, pull the transfer case, then the trany. My friend has a tranny jack to do the job.
