Anyone? How long is the clutch under warranty?

I'm not sure what the problem is but maybe someone else can point me in the right direction..
My 05 G56 dually has 29,000mi on it and I have been running the tripple dog on the performance setting for 5,000mi..
Within the last 1,000mi the trans has acted up..
In gear and foot off the clutch there is a rather loud sweak/chirp noise that goes away as soon as you push the clutch in... Taking off from a stop is a little jerky now... And all gears seem to be more notchy to engage...
It does not seem to slip under heavy throttle.
Do I need a new clutch?
