My AC blows cold air until I sit at at stop light my AC where to air warms up. When I start up again the air immediately cools again. Just had serviced. Is this a symptom of the Clutch fan getting weak or?

That has been known to be a symptom of a bad fan clutch.
2 years ago I had that and other issues that enticed me to do the OEM fan clutch delete mod.

I have had mine on for 2 years.
Nothing but Happy with the results.
Throws 2 soft codes but NO CEL.
