I need to clean my air filter that i got from Amsoil. What can i use around the house to wash it out with? Dish soap, ect?

I have an AEM system and i replaced the AEM filter with an Amsoil filter.

You can vacuume it or blow the filter from the inside out with about 20psi, that is how I do mine:thumbsup

Would you not consider washing it out at all? Its pruty dirty.

I washed mine...picked up some solution for the AEM filter (but like you, threw the AEM out) and just use that on the Amsoil.

Do yourself a favor and pick up an Amosil prefilter...works miracles :thumbsup (not to mention hides what dirt you can't get out)
