I have purchased 120hp DAP injectors for my 90 d250, I need to get a new turbo to make up for all that fuel I will be getting so I dont get too high of egts. What turbo would you recommend for 5x0.016 120hp SAC 145* DAPs???

Agreed. The non-IC has lots of fuel available with stock parts.

On my ramcharger, I'm going to see what I can get out of just a turbo swap (WH1C), pin & spring, plus exhaust.

I was having trouble clearing the extra smoke from my 5x12's so I put a 60mm compressor wheel and a 12cm exhaust housing on the stock turbo and that really made a difference.
