I have searched on here for a while and cannot find the answer to my problem. I have a 2008 6.7, exhaust delete, egr delete, cold air intake, smarty junior. I had to replace my batteries about a week ago and since hen I have had a check engine light on that will not go away. I have tried to clear them a few times with no luck it comes right back on. Before the battery change it never came on. Please help me out with something I can do to clear it for good.

Yes I guess that would probably be useful...
Air flow sensor circuit A low
Mass air flow sensor A Circuit high
Exhaust pressure sensor 1 performance
That is what came off my smarty junior.

Probably off base but did you cause any sparks when you replaced them? I think there's a tipm code for that but just wondering.
Did you try reloading the tune? Probably won't help but worth a try.
Did you hit any wiring during the installation, especially on the air filter side of the engine?
Seems like all the codes are coming from that area and batteries are heavy. If a harness got pinched the wires could be shorting out.
That's all the guesses I have.

I did try to reload the tune with no luck. No sparks or anything, only thing I can think of is maybe I should have done one battery at a time instead of taking both out and then put the new ones in? But again that is a guess.
