I am putting in my Goerend Valve Body tomorrow and the instructions that came with it aren't real good, is there a write up on this process or an online resource that could help me out a little better?

Also, how many quarts and of what kind of transmission fluid will I need to get? :confused013:

That helps, thank you, the instructions I have from Goerend are a little different so maybe I can put these together and figure out how it's done.
