I've got a 98 with and auto tranny. I'm going to do a 5 spd swap soon, I have a donor truck and everything to do it. I'm wondering if anyone has made or modifiyied the center floor console around the shifters. I don't really want to put the plastic cup holders in, I would rather just do a boot, unless I think of something else or different. Just looking for ideas or if anyone has done something like this. Thanks!

I'm getting ready to do the swap and I'm thinking of just getting a boot and ring from Summit. They have a lokar one for likr $30 or $50 bucks. I think I am going to make a ring for the t-case boot and get an upholsterer to make a naugahyde boot to match the lokar one I get.
