NO CAT!!!!!! Get rid of it. All the cat does is cause a restriction to flow in the exhaust system.

I have heard of some people loosing mileage without the cat.
there should be an increase in milage due to the free flowing exhaust. some say to big an exhaust will hurt milage but i dont believe that either. the only thing that could happen is a loss of low end power with the larger exhaust but what LACABRA wants to do he should only see a power and milage increase
