Really looking forward to the finished product... Here are some quick pics. Sorry, camera phone pics are poor quality, but good pics to come when finished!

Lookin Good!!
Be sure to post somemore pics when your done.
Will do!

I went for the full spring pack in the back, and the torsion bar and upper steering stabilizer up front. Should be like a new truck!

Also, blacking out the chrome bumpers, and the grill shell. Can't Wait!:drool2:

I was going to say...why did you remove the grill and bumper to install the supsension? LOL

But holy crap man...the Bilstein 2.0 kit with full deavers and control arms and even the torsion sway bar!!! That is going to be one SWEET riding truck!!! Take it out for a good romp to give the coils and springs some time to settle and for the shocks to break in and that thing will be AWESOME!!!!

I do want to see some hi res pics when you are done. You're building my perfect daily driver.

haha! yeah, I figured someone might ask about the grill... was going to do a sport conversion, but decided to just powdercoat the chrome bumpers, then paint over the powder. That way I would have a matching color with a tough layer of black powder underneath. Grill shell will just be painted - obviously I couldn't powder the the plastic shell.

As far as the perfect daily driver, that's pretty much what i was going for here... Thanks to you (Ban89) and all the other Carli guys, that led me in the right direction. After a talk with Sage, I was officially sold.

<---- is jealous :kick:
Thanks! I will get some better pics up when it's all done, and blacked out!

Its going to be so hard for you to resist heading down those Indiana highways at 80mph and not busting a hard right through all those snow covered fields. I know I would do it.

What tire/wheel combo you runnin?

Really looking forward for the finished pics.

Congrats man :drool2:

Already test fit the wheels/tires and they cleared - barely... drove it like this for a few days with some minor rubbing, before the Carli install started.

Went with 20x9 (+18) KMC XD Monsters with 35x12.50x20 Toyo M/T's

Wow that really is going to be one great looking and great riding set up. Love the all black look!!!

I had those same tires on my 20'' KMC hoss wheels. I had to run them at a pretty low pressure to get them to soften up. The small THICK side walls are not the best for ride comfort but they look and wear great and are tough as nails.

Full leafs are custom order for the second gens and are 1200$.
Used sets do not come up at all so mini-packs look like the best option.

Sorry, don't have any more pics yet, but the 7100's looked bad a$$ when I opened them up. Much beefier and more machined than I was expecting!

Good looking rig you've got there! I also went with the Carli 2.0 suspension with the full leaf spring pack as well. Looks like we have identical rigs! You're gonna be super happy! The rear rides SO much better! I added airbags to mine to keep things level when I tow. Be sure to post up some feedback after you get some seat time!

Well, let me be the first to say that you have excellent taste, my friend. Wow, that's kinda scary how similar our rigs are... I was actually looking at the Bushwacker Pocket Fender Flares yesterday - paint matched of course. And I opted out of the airbags for now, going to see what kind of sag I have first, then maybe add if needed. What exhaust are you running?

p.s. Very clean rig you have there... respect.
